Hi.
WarpOS version of this and SOX port, sometimes works with no problems, sometime doesn't.

In the case where mp3gain fails, it prints the name of the mp3 as it should, but then it doesn't do anything else. It is not possible to break the process. Stack was raised at 400kb.
When this happens sometimes it brings down the whole WarpOS, sometime it doesn't.
This whole behavior reminds me exactly the one of UnRar_WOS, which is known to be buggy. I know that i'm not being very helpful to track down the problem. Sorry about this.

Will check it out. But SOX & unrar wos ports aren't my ports. If they also fail, it could be your system that's broken.

Yes, it's not improbable that the problem is in my system. Other WOS stuff like games and WarpDT run fairly stable though. So, i can't be sure. By SOX, i meant Lame. That is your port.

Made small changes. Still no crash over here. Runs perfectly with just 64K (stackattack). Maybe you can send me your test mp3. btw: lame wos also doesn't crash....

It doesn't depend on the mp3 that i will use. I will be happy to test the new version when it is released.

I've tried something like that already. Got loads of linker errors which i can't do anything about. Undefined __sF and so on.
And if it did link ok, i couldn't test it anyway.

I didn't know you has os4 compilers up and running on your dev environment - I've already compiled mp3gain and normalize this morning and send them to mrod

Undefined __sF errors should mean you were using the wrong stdio.h, i think.
